Interactive Map – Improved Visualisation Flow Monitor
MENU
The introduction of the interactive ‘Google Earth Engine Maps’ on the “Maji Yetu” Flow Monitor Platform, provides an improved visualisation of the flow reduction of the Ruaha River and eventually registration of zero flow. Low Flow reduction, ceasing and return can be analysed by the users.
The interactive maps provide time series of satellite images for navigation by user, which illustrate changes of flow status of the Ruaha and Mbarali Rivers in Tanzania. A growing list of interactive maps are available (Please be aware that it may take some time to load especially in areas with limited connectivity). TIP – if you see the google earth satellite image you can be sure the engine is working for you.
